It is estimated that there will be heavy rainstorms in parts of central and eastern Henan, western and southern Shandong, central and northern Anhui, central and northern Jiangsu, southern and central Hubei, and northern Chongqing from 08: 00 on May 3 to 08: 00 on May 4, including heavy rainstorms (100-120 mm) in southeastern Henan, northeastern Hubei, and southwestern Anhui.
