Listen to the manager of the only art cinema in the mainland talk to you about the announcement of literary films.

Special feature of 1905 film network The summer file in July, also known as domestic protection month, saw eight domestic films released on July 8 alone. Among them, there is a literary film "Winter" with little publicity before, which will "go to war" on the same day as "Chill 2", "Rock Tibetan Mastiff", "Big Fish Begonia" and "never gone", and the box office prospect is really not optimistic.

The film released on July 8

Looking at the literary films in the summer file, Winter is not fighting alone. The Roadside Picnic, which will be released on July 15th, will also face fierce challenges from other major rivals, such as The Great Reversal starring Xiao Wa, day trader the Quick Shooter starring Zhang Jingchu and Kenny Lin CP, and the article director Virgo Lu Yao Zhi Ma Li.

The film released on July 15th.

It seems to be a right thing for literary films to hide in the domestic protection month, but it can only be said that the risk is small in the schedule. How does the literary film break through the schedule dilemma and get higher film arrangement and box office? Is it difficult for every literary film to kneel like Fang Li? In the final analysis, this should be combined with the promotion of literary films themselves and the development status of mainland art theaters.

In the Mainland, there was a real representative of the cinema, who explained the discovery of literary films and the development dilemma of art cinemas. She was the program and promotion manager of Beijing Broadway Film Center — — Yang Yang.

Program and Promotion Manager of Beijing Broadway Film Center — Yang Yang

The survival status of art cinemas is inseparable from the prosperity of the literary film market, so Yang Yang’s viewpoint is also representative, which is difficult to copy, because there is only one art cinema in the mainland. "The Broadway Film Center has done statistics. The ratio of literary films to commercial films is 1: 10, but the attendance rate is only 1:3. It can be said that all the money is earned from commercial films." From these words, it is not difficult to see that it is almost impossible for a cinema to maintain its operation only by literary films, even if it is an art cinema.

Beijing Broadway Film Center

Then the question came, and people began to think whether literary films should be shown in art theaters for a long time. But from Yang Yang’s words, we can see that after the establishment of the Art Cinema, there seems to be no improvement in the "way out for literary films". What’s the problem? Is it that the publicity of literary films is not in place, or is it unreasonable to arrange films in cinemas? Why do we see so few literary films when there are art cinemas in the Mainland?

With these questions, Zi Shijun specially went to Beijing Broadway Film Center and had a good chat with Yang Yang about the announcement of domestic literary films and the operation of art cinemas.

[See the manager of the art theater talking about the myth of domestic literary films]

Broadway Film Center, established in December 2009, is a Hong Kong-owned art cinema, located in a residential area of Xiangheyuan Road in Dongzhimen, operated and managed by Hong Kong Anle Film Co., Ltd. Before the opening of this one in the Mainland, Anle had successfully operated an art cinema in Hong Kong called Hong Kong Broadway Film Center. With the experience of successful operation, the founding concept of Broadway Film Center in the Mainland also wants to be consistent with it, to provide screening for high-quality literary films at home and abroad, and to expand the exchange of film culture.

Yang Yang’s job is to select excellent films from the domestic literary films every year, and implement the corresponding film arrangement and post-screening exchange activities. During this period, she also saw the problems faced by mainland literary films, large and small. She told us that "several small partners in her team can even be regarded as a small company for the publication of mainland literary films for a long time".

Earlier, we were equivalent to a literary film publishing company.

In the early years, some domestic literary films with relatively small volume did not try to be released nationwide at all, such as Cao Baoping’s Glorious Wrath. Before its release, Beijing Broadway Film Center was almost equivalent to their publicity company, which did everything from posters to brochures, as well as writing all press releases and inviting media.

The implementation of Yang Yang’s various ideas was completed on this desk.

Q: Does this mean that for these small-scale literary films in the early days, do you still announce them here?

A: In the early days, this movie was very small. I think there was a big difference in the past two years from "Fireworks by Day", but "Fireworks by Day" is a special case that can’t be copied. Since then, plus the rapid growth of the whole China movie market, everyone wants to go to the national release, hoping to replicate a miracle in it.

You cann’t just lay out the whole line at every turn.

Q: You said earlier that the team was unprofessional, such as selling dog meat by hanging sheep’s head?

A: Isn’t that what commercial movies are all about? Just find a selling point, whatever it is, just drag it there first.

Q: What do you think are the unprofessional behaviors of domestic literary films in propaganda?

A: The announcement of an art film is a difficult thing to do all over the world. Its idea is not for profit, and it is not made for the maximum benefit. So when you announce it, you have to be patient and take a long line. Is there anything better that can bring out its commercial benefits? Like now, there is no particularly good model. I have also asked Anle’s colleagues in Hong Kong, who also bought some small non-Hollywood films in Hong Kong very early, but I feel that they don’t have a particularly good model, including Taiwan Province, but they are all very small. If you follow that, the distribution of these films in China is not particularly bad.

Q: Do you think that these domestic ideas of putting on a full-screen screening are actually wrong?

A: I think this idea may need to be changed, because before, only the film center was on the long line, and this volume was a little too small. I understand that they are not satisfied with only showing it in one theater, and I also think it needs to be expanded, but it is unrealistic for you to really compare it with commercial films, even with Fireworks in the Day.

Q: Before "Fireworks in the Day", there was a saying, why not learn from the United States, first show it on a small scale, and then expand it? Do you think it is difficult to realize this?

A: To a certain extent, the current publicity companies can’t settle down to do this. If it’s small, you have to choose a cinema and talk about it one by one. Now there are so many publicity weeks for a film, and there are so many cycles for a film. After this project is over, he will immediately enter the next project, no matter what happens to the film in the later stage, but these films must be fermented by word of mouth for a long time before they can be done slowly.

Many literary films will be wasted if they do this.

But generally speaking, it is hard to achieve any box office miracle, that is, you accumulate slowly, but now no one is doing this, and there are not even a number of cinemas, even if only 20 or 30 people want to do this, and now it is Broadway, with at most an intermediate cinema. I don’t know what other cinema companies are like, but there are a few cities in Broadway that are suitable for our own company, and then the managers are willing to cooperate. They also know what to do, but they still can’t become a mass.

In fact, many domestic literary films may not be publicized, and many cinemas simply don’t arrange them. Zi Shijun interviewed some cinema managers when "A Hundred Birds at the Phoenix" was released. Their first reaction was, I haven’t seen it, I don’t know about it.

There is a horse on the other side of the mountain, with a domestic box office of 240,000.

For example, there is a horse on the other side of the mountain released in May, and the number of films is even lower. The Broadway Film Center has never seen the film, because Yang Yang is familiar with Huang Lu, and she took the initiative to find the producer through her, and then told them whether to come and have a post-screening exchange. "But they haven’t done some movie-watching activities before, and the director happened to be going to other places, and then Huang Lu couldn’t come because he had to shoot, feeling that they gave up on propaganda, and many films would be wasted."

Keep running at a low level, how to ensure supply and price stability? -Price articles of mid-year economic research bank

Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, July 14th Question: how to ensure supply and price stability if it continues to operate at a low level? -Price articles of mid-year economic research bank

Xinhua news agency reporter

Prices are related to economic operation and affect people’s lives. In the first half of this year, China’s prices maintained a stable operation, but since the second quarter, due to multiple factors, the increase has declined.

In the first half of the year, the national consumer price index (CPI) rose by 0.7% year-on-year, lower than the 1.7% increase in the same period last year. Among them, in June, CPI rose by 0.2% year-on-year from last month to flat, down by 0.2% month-on-month.

How to treat the current price trend? In the past few days, Xinhua News Agency reporters have conducted in-depth investigations in Hunan, Jiangsu and other places, and have truly felt that all parties have a solid support for effectively coping with price fluctuations, continuously strengthening the supply and stability of prices, and maintaining the stable operation of prices throughout the year.

Guarantee the supply of important commodities for people’s livelihood

Near the evening, many citizens are choosing pork, eggplant and other products at Chanan Farmers’ Market in jianye district, Nanjing, Jiangsu.

"Now, the price of vegetables and meat is generally low. The price of ordinary pork belly has dropped to more than 10 yuan a catty, and the’ vegetable basket’ is more comfortable." Aunt Xu, a Nanjing citizen who came to the market to buy food, said.

Since the beginning of this year, prices have continued to fall due to the time difference between supply and demand recovery and the high base.

Lower prices will help to reduce the cost of living of the people, but for the relevant production enterprises, it means that the sales price will fall, resulting in shrinking profits.

In the fruit trading area of Red Star Global Agricultural Products Wholesale Center in Changsha, Hunan Province, watching boxes of durian imported from Vietnam being unloaded in an orderly manner on the cold chain transport vehicle, Zhang Xinghua, the head of the "Fruit Taoren" business department of Hunan Fruit Friends Company, recorded the weight of durian in detail in a notebook, and roughly calculated the cost and estimated income.

"At the beginning of this year, we added a Vietnamese durian procurement contract. Durian shipments increased by 20% compared with last year, but the market sales volume was delayed, the average sales price fell, and the income continued to decline." Zhang Xinghua said.

Restricted by unstable income expectations and other factors, the demand of high-end fruit market has declined as a whole, which is a challenge for fruit wholesalers.

How to meet the challenge? Zhang Xinghua mainly plays "two cards".

"On the cost side, improve procurement efficiency, further optimize import transportation routes and reduce expenses; On the sales side, strengthen the national market pre-judgment and adjust shipments in a timely manner. For example, the price of durian in some cities in the north has rebounded, which will increase the supply to these cities. " Zhang Xinghua said that the company’s durian supply is still sufficient.

From the perspective of food prices, the fluctuation of pork prices is more obvious. In June, the price of pork decreased by 7.2% year-on-year, which was 4 percentage points higher than that of the previous month.

According to industry insiders, the pig breeding industry has been losing money for many months, and some pig enterprises have even fallen into the dilemma of "selling more and losing more". Under the pressure of low pig prices, most pig enterprises practice "internal strength" hard to improve management efficiency and fully hedge the risk of lower pig prices.

The reporter walked into the pig breeding factory of Mu Yuan Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. in Lishui, Nanjing. Locating bars, intelligent environmental control, precision feeding and other equipment were widely used in pig houses. The pregnant houses and delivery rooms were clean and tidy, and almost no pungent odor was smelled.

"By using digital technologies such as automatic inspection and intelligent recipe feeding, the daily gain of pig fattening exceeded 1000 grams, the survival rate increased by about 5%, and the breeding efficiency was greatly improved, which greatly alleviated the impact of this round of pig price decline." Qin Shaojun, regional manager of Sunan of Mu Yuan Group, said that the supply of live pigs in the group is generally stable at present.

Guaranteed supply and stable price, all localities are working hard. Jiangsu identified 881 emergency supply enterprises for daily necessities, established a special supply network and increased supply outlets; Jingde County, Anhui Province guides key commercial enterprises to broaden sources of supply and strengthen supply reserves; Xi ‘an, Shaanxi Province opened the "Bus Vegetable Basket Huimin Station" to deliver fresh agricultural and sideline products to residents’ doorsteps through "direct mining, direct supply and direct sales" …

"In the face of multiple pressures, all localities and departments made efforts from both sides of supply and demand, strengthened the analysis and judgment of price trends, and timely adopted targeted price stabilization measures. In the first half of the year, the supply of important people’s livelihood commodities was sufficient, and the CPI generally maintained a moderate increase." Wang Likun, an associate researcher at the Institute of Market Economy of the State Council Development Research Center, said.

Actively respond to the downward impact of PPI

Coordinate the delivery schedule with the steel sales company, communicate with the old customers about the demand for steel, and adjust the delivery schedule by staring at the online steel price trend in real time … Yanyu, who has been engaged in steel agency for 15 years, said frankly that "steel prices have been bottoming out and I feel very nervous".

"This year, we signed a purchase agreement with Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. for more than 60,000 tons of construction steel and cold-rolled steel plates, and shipped more than 5,000 tons of steel every month as planned, but since the beginning of the year, the price of steel has continued to be sluggish, with a year-on-year decline of about 30%." Smoke jade said.

"Low price" is the feeling of many commodity enterprises this year.

Mainly affected by international import factors, commodity prices continued to fall. In the first half of the year, the national producer price index (PPI) decreased by 3.1% year-on-year, and the decline expanded month after month.

In the investigation, the reporter found that relevant industries are actively responding to the downward impact of PPI through innovative measures such as adjusting product structure and improving industrial chain.

At 4: 00 pm on June 28th, the oil tanker "Haixinyou 616" was loaded with 9981 tons of aviation kerosene and sailed from Pier 11 of Jinling Petrochemical Company of China Petrochemical Company to Shanghai Pudong Airport, which was the sixth oil tanker that the company sailed that day.

Facing the downward fluctuation of international crude oil price and the shrinking profit space of refined oil, chemical products and by-products, Jinling Petrochemical Company of China Petrochemical Company aimed at market demand, increased the production and supply of aviation kerosene, high-end graphite materials, aromatic hydrocarbons and other products, and tapped new profit growth points.

"In the first half of the year, the output of aviation kerosene increased by 35% year-on-year, which not only helped to ensure the recovery of the civil aviation industry, but also increased revenue and efficiency for enterprises." Liu Wenbao, manager of the production planning department of Jinling Petrochemical Company of China Petrochemical Company, said that we expect that there is still room for growth in sales and profits throughout the year.

PPI is related to the price of raw materials, and its decline is expanding, which increases the operating pressure of upstream enterprises, but it is conducive to reducing the production costs of downstream industries such as home appliances and paper making, which is good for downstream enterprises.

"Affected by positive factors such as falling raw material prices and stable sales, the consumption of household appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators maintained a relatively high growth in the first half of the year, and the unit price growth rate of user consumption was above double digits. On average, there were more than 50 stores in various formats such as Suning Yijia Plaza Store and Suning Yijia Flagship Store." The person in charge of Suning.cn said.

Li Gang, a researcher at the Institute of Industrial Economics of China Academy of Social Sciences, analyzed that PPI is mainly affected by changes in the international market, and it is not completely synchronized with CPI fluctuations. Keeping its fluctuation range at a relatively reasonable level is conducive to the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industries. Recently, the policy of stabilizing industry has been continuously introduced, some of which are taking effect, helping enterprises to stabilize orders and expand the market, and the cardinal utility has weakened. The year-on-year decline of PPI is expected to narrow in the second half of the year.

Prices may remain moderately rising.

As an important indicator of macroeconomic operation, the price increase has continued to fall, even causing some concerns about the economy falling into deflation. Will prices continue to fall in the second half of the year? How to treat the price situation? The reporter came to the front line to observe the price dynamics.

Xinfadi market is called the "vegetable basket" of Beijing citizens. Tong Wei, the person in charge of Xinfadi Market, said that recently, the average daily market volume of vegetables has stabilized at around 19,000 tons, and the prices of some vegetables have increased due to the rebound in demand. For example, cucumbers produced in Langfang, Hebei Province have high tenderness and good taste, and the demand continues to increase, driving up prices.

According to the data of key e-commerce platforms, the demand for fruit consumption in the season is strong, and the price of fresh fruit is expected to pick up. "Recently, we have increased the purchase of seasonal fruits such as peaches and bayberries, and launched hundreds of products to cool off the summer and ensure market supply." The person in charge of the US group buying food said.

At present, the price of "vegetable basket" has increased year-on-year. According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, from July 3 to July 9, the average weekly wholesale price of 28 kinds of vegetables monitored mainly increased by 13% year-on-year.

The price trend is the same as that of the "vegetable basket". Under the influence of policies such as promoting consumption, the prices of home appliances and tourism are on the rise.

At present, Suning.cn has further increased the supply of high-end household appliances. "Recently, the order volume of high-end home appliances has continued to increase, and it is expected that the unit price of user consumption will further increase." The person in charge of Suning.cn said.

According to Wang Likun’s analysis, with the increasing endogenous kinetic energy of China’s economy, the bilateral recovery of supply and demand tends to be balanced, and the market circulation order continues to improve, market confidence increases and expectations continue to improve. It is expected that the overall price increase will gradually return to a reasonable level in the second half of the year.

The National Energy Administration urged power generation enterprises to implement a stable supply of coal and gas, sign a medium-and long-term contract agreement on coal and gas with good quality and quantity, and actively respond to the peak of electricity consumption this summer; The National Development and Reform Commission will, together with relevant parties, start the second batch of central pork storage and purchasing during the year, and guide all localities to synchronize storage and purchasing, so as to push the price of live pigs back to a reasonable range as soon as possible; Hubei and Beijing issue a new round of coupons …

Recently, all parties have made active efforts from both sides of supply and demand to ensure the supply of important commodities for people’s livelihood and promote the continuous recovery of consumer demand. According to industry analysts, at present, China’s total economic supply and demand are basically balanced, and the monetary conditions are reasonable and moderate. At the end of June, the broad money (M2) balance increased by 11.3% year-on-year; Residents’ expectations are stable and there is no basis for long-term deflation or inflation.

"From the perspective of the whole year, with the steady expansion of China’s market demand and the gradual increase of production and supply, the relationship between supply and demand is expected to be generally stable, and consumer prices will generally maintain a moderate increase." Fu Linghui, spokesman of the National Bureau of Statistics, said. (Reporter Wei Yukun, Gao Kang, Yan Fujing, Zhao Jiulong, Zhou Nan)

How much did the OPPO self-developed chip burn in three years? Why give up? It’s not bad money

On May 12th, OPPO announced that it would completely terminate the business of its chip design company ZEKU, which also triggered a huge shock in the industry.

There are also different opinions about why Zheku Technology was suddenly dissolved without warning.

How much did the OPPO self-developed chip burn in three years? Why give up? It's not bad money

The official reason given by OPPO for dissolving Zheku is "the uncertainty of global economy and mobile phone market".

Liu Jun, CEO of Zheku, also said at the last general meeting: "The global economy and mobile phone industry are extremely pessimistic now, and the company’s entire revenue is far from expectations. So in this case,Such a huge investment in chips will be beyond the company’s affordability. So I regret to make an announcement here. After careful discussion, the company decided to shut down Zheku and terminate the chip self-research business. As CEO of Zheku, I couldn’t take this business to the place we wanted to go, and it’s a pity to tell you in this way. At this time, I can only say, I’m sorry, thank all Zheku colleagues, and thank them for their hard work in Zheku over the past four years. "

Indeed, since last year, the global economic situation has declined and the smartphone market has continued to shrink, which has also put tremendous pressure on OPPO.

According to IDC data, in 2022, global smartphone shipments fell by 11.3% year-on-year, and OPPO shipments were 103.3 million units, down by 22.7% year-on-year. Moreover, the smartphone market is still in a downward trend, and the recovery may have to wait until the second half of the year.

From the current point of view,OPPO has been mass-produced and shipped MariSilicon X. Although it has been adopted by the high-end versions of Find X5, X6 and Reno9 series, the shipment volume is still relatively limited, which may not cover its research and development costs.

This also makes the outside world think that it is because Zheku burned too much money (it is rumored that it burned 50 billion yuan in three years, but it is not so much), and the continuous decline of the global economy and smartphone market since last year has brought greater pressure to OPPO. OPPO finally decided to give up.

However, this explanation seems reasonable, but it is puzzling. becauseIn fact, Zheku has spent less than 10 billion yuan in more than three years since its establishment, and OPPO is not short of money now. Even if you think that self-developed chips burn money, it is entirely possible to reduce Zheku’s product line and focus on some areas you need (such as power management chips).

Just in February this year, Liu Zuohu, senior vice president and chief product officer of OPPO, also publicly disclosed the SUPERVOOC S full-link power management chip developed by OPPO, and said that in the future, OPPO and all models with charging power above 100W will be equipped with Supervooc S.

The compensation scheme is very kind and OPPO is not short of money.

Judging from Zheku’s compensation for layoffs, it can be said that it is very generous. The compensation standard for regular employees in China is "N+3", and the base is the total annual salary+bonus+all other income divided by 12. And in May, salary will be paid according to one month, and social security will be paid for employees in May.

Even fresh graduates who fail to report for duty can get compensation of (offer’s monthly salary+bonus /12) *3. It can be said that the whole compensation scheme is very kind.

How much did the OPPO self-developed chip burn in three years? Why give up? It's not bad money

According to the data, Zheku was established in August 2019, covering product lines including: core application processor, short-range communication, 5G Modem, RF, ISP and power management chip. At present, the team totals about 3000 people.

According to reports, since its establishment, Zheku Technology has always been a big and high-paying poacher, which also makes the average salary of Zheku Technology significantly higher than the industry average.

According to the statistics of the Staff Friends Group, the average salary of Zheku Technology is 44,504 yuan/month, of which 2.3% is 20,000-30,000 yuan, 45.6% is 30,000-50,000 yuan, and 51.1% is above 50,000 yuan.

If calculated according to the average monthly salary of about 45,000, the "N+3" compensation for 3,000 people will exceed 405 million yuan. If you want to calculate the year-end bonus and other income equally in the compensation base, I’m afraid it will be about 500 million yuan.

OPPO said thatAll these compensations will be paid within 5 working days after signing the resignation agreement before May 19th.This also shows that OPPO is not short of money at this stage.

On May 13th, Shen Yiren, former vice president of OPPO, said in the Weibo, "What money can solve is actually not a big problem … … The problem that money cannot solve is the real problem. "

Therefore, the real reason why OPPO suddenly disbanded Zheku Technology is not simply the problem of "money".

How much did the OPPO self-developed chip burn in three years? Why give up? It's not bad money

How much did Zheku "burn"? Maybe less than 10 billion

As early as the Future Science and Technology Conference in 2019, Chen Mingyong, founder and CEO of OPPO, announced that "50 billion yuan will be invested in R&D to build a technical moat in the next three years", and then OPPO officially launched the Mariana Plan for self-developed chips. This also shows that OPPO has made plans for a protracted war before opening the self-developed chip, and has given sufficient funds.

Although there are many rumors on the Internet that "Zheku burned 50 billion yuan in three years", in fact Zheku may only spend about 10 billion yuan.

Even according to the current scale of 3,000 people, the annual salary consumption is about 2 billion yuan (calculated according to the previous estimate of 500 million yuan for three months).

Although Zheku was established in August 2019, it has been more than three years since it really started to develop chips. The annual salary costs 2 billion yuan, which is about 6 billion yuan in total.

Moreover, the team of 3,000 people has gradually grown up in more than three years. There were not many people at the beginning of the first year, so in fact, the total expenditure on personnel salaries was not 6 billion yuan.

In addition, EDA tools and semiconductor IP needed for chip research and development, as well as chip streaming and mass production are also very expensive.

"The EDA cost of Zheku is about 30 million to 50 million dollars a year."An insider of an American EDA factory revealed to Xinzhixun.

That is to say, in three years, the EDA cost required by Zheku is about 90 million-150 million, which is about 120 million US dollars, or about 835 million RMB.

In terms of streaming cost, the image NPU chip MariSilicon X released by Zheku is based on TSMC’s 6nm process, and the Bluetooth audio SoC chip MariSilicon X is based on TSMC’s N6RF process. In addition, there is a mobile phone AP chip that was previously under development, which is rumored to be based on TSMC’s 4nm process.

According to Xin Zhixun, an insider of a wafer factory knows that the cost of chip streamer is mainly the cost of MASK, which is mainly related to the complexity of chip design. The more metal layers are used, the more mask layers will be, and the higher the cost will be.

Generally speaking, the cost of making a 6nm MASK is about 10 million dollars, and the cost of making a 4nm MASK is about 2,000 dollars.

Because MariSilicon X is a dedicated NPU chip, MariSilicon is an audio SoC, but its complexity is far less than that of mobile phone AP. Therefore, the actual mask cost required for these two chips is expected to be lower.

Even if the conventional cost is estimated, the total cost of the three chips (calculated according to the success of one tape) is about 40 million dollars, or about 278 million yuan.

As for the IP licensing fee required for each chip project, because most of the IP of MariSilicon X and MariSilicon Y are self-developed, the cost of semiconductor IP to be outsourced is not high, which is estimated to be around several million dollars, so let’s calculate 10 million dollars in Dali, which is about 70 million yuan.

The rumored mobile phone AP is a eight nuclear CPU+10-core GPU, which uses Arm’s Cortex-X2+Cortex-A710+Cortex-A510 CPU IP, and the GPU IP should also belong to Arm, which will make the IP cost of this mobile phone AP soar.

According to insiders, the Arm IP cost for such a 4nm AP chip may need 30 to 50 million dollars, and other IP types may also need 30 to 50 million dollars. According to the median calculation, it is about $80 million.

Therefore, the total IP licensing fee for the three chips may be about 90 million dollars, or about 626 million yuan.

Taken together, Zheku’s three-year staff salary, EDA tools needed for chip research and development, the purchase of semiconductor IP, and the cost of chip streaming are probably less than 7.8 billion yuan.

Even if other expenses such as office rent, all kinds of office equipment, test equipment, servers, water and electricity network fees, and supporting employee benefits are included, how to calculate 10 billion yuan should be enough.

Obviously, the expenditure of 10 billion yuan is far from Chen Mingyong’s psychological budget of "investing 50 billion yuan in research and development in three years".

4nm AP slide failed?

For the reason why OPPO gave up Zheku, there are rumors that the 4nm mobile phone AP is too difficult, and the streaming failed. In the future, more money may be needed to succeed, and even if it succeeds, it may not be recognized by the market, so it is decided to give up.

However, an internal employee of Zheku confirmed to Xinzhixun that,This AP has not failed, "bing up and all kinds of follow-up work are being prepared internally". According to the previous forecast, the film will come back in mid-June, and now no film has come back for testing. How do you know it has failed?

Liu Jun, CEO of Zheku, also stressed at the last general meeting:"This decision has nothing to do with the quality of your work."

Obviously, the sudden dissolution of Zheku is not due to the "4nm AP film failure".

The supporting MediaTek 5G baseband was stopped

Although Zheku’s mobile phone AP doesn’t have its own baseband chip, it can realize the 5G communication function by plugging in a third-party 5G baseband chip, just like Apple A series processors.

According to Xin Zhixun’s understanding,This mobile phone AP was originally planned to plug in a 5G baseband chip supplied by MediaTek.

According to an internal employee of Zheku, Xin Zhixun revealed that,Last week, MediaTek was still solving the problems related to Zheku Baseband, and Zheku suddenly announced its dissolution, which also caught the other side off guard.

Because the existing 5G baseband chips in MediaTek cannot be directly used, they need to be customized according to the AP design and needs of Zheku.

People in the semiconductor industry @ 中中中中中中 also broke the news yesterday.Affected by the closure of Zheku, the 5G baseband plan matched with MediaTek also stopped, and the 6nm/4nm RF/AP WIP (work in process) on TSMC production line was also stopped.

How much did the OPPO self-developed chip burn in three years? Why give up? It's not bad money

As Zheku suddenly announced its closure, the cooperation with MediaTek has been unilaterally terminated, and it is expected that it may also need to pay a large amount of "liquidated damages".

Summary:

Based on the above analysis,The sudden closure of OPPO without warning seems to be not because Zheku’s "burning money" exceeded expectations, nor because OPPO has no money, nor is there a problem with Zheku’s product development.

So, what caused OPPO to suddenly give up developing its own chips and disband the 3,000-person Zheku team at any cost, so that all the efforts of this group of excellent chip designers in China in the past four years were wasted? I am afraid that most of the existing research and development results will also be abandoned.

Duan Yongping, the founder of BBK brand, left a meaningful comment when evaluating the news of Zheku’s closure on snowball:"Correct mistakes as soon as possible, no matter how much it costs."

How much did the OPPO self-developed chip burn in three years? Why give up? It's not bad money

Duan Yongping’s implication seems to be that the OPPO self-developed chip was a mistake from the beginning, but if it was a mistake from the beginning, why did it take nearly four years to point it out?

In the past two days, many media and analysts have given such views "with hindsight", but why did these people go early?

Generally speaking, there are some "puzzling" places in OPPO’s sudden dissolution of Zheku, especially in the context of the continuous suppression of the domestic semiconductor industry in recent years. It is no wonder that many netizens believe that the main reason is OPPO’s deep "fear" of that "mysterious force".

After all, the mobile phone business is only one of its three major businesses, compared with another company that has been repeatedly hit by "mysterious forces" but has not fallen. OPPO’s business is more single. Once the mobile phone business is affected, there will be no other business to transfuse blood. The "spare tire" is still under development, and of course there is no chance of "turning positive".

However, regarding this view, a Zheku executive told Core Intelligence:"Conspiracy theories cannot be falsified, so people always like to listen."

Finally, I borrow a passage from Wang Zhuo, the head of Zheku baseband and RF department, at the general meeting as the end of this article, and wish my friends who have worked in Zheku a new job in the future and continue to fight for the rise of China Core!

"Zheku no longer exists, so Zheku may be meaningless in itself, but the journey we have traveled together is meaningful. … … As long as we have made efforts, God will surely see it. I believe that all our efforts will not be in vain, and you will definitely see his help to you at some point. "

High investment did not bring high income, and the cross-border e-commerce agency company was accused of defrauding the police.

Cross-border e-commerce agency helps you to return to your capital in three months, and it only takes a few days to surpass the income of ordinary people for one month and make money while lying down … Are these propaganda reliable?

Recently, a number of victims reported to the complaint platform of the concept of quality that they were defrauded by a cross-border e-commerce agency, which lured users to buy its overseas agency services with high returns. The service price for eight months ranged from 49,000 yuan to 70,000 yuan, and promised to guarantee the bottom sales. However, after purchasing the service, they found that the company demanded continuous investment in the name of advertising money and sea freight, and if it refused to invest, it would be terminated to operate the service.

The staff claimed that the income of cross-border e-commerce for several days exceeded that of ordinary people for one month.

"It is said that it is to guarantee sales. In fact, there is still a saying that it is necessary to operate according to their operational suggestions and guidance. If they do not continue to invest as they say, they will terminate their cooperation." Liu Xin (not her real name) said that she invested about 70,000 yuan in the company one after another, and only received 5,450 yuan in income in three months. After applying for a refund, she was told that she could only return 8,000 yuan.

The company involved is Shenzhen Fiona Fang Haishang Technology Co., Ltd. On social media and complaint platforms, there have been many complaints about the company, saying that the actual sales did not meet the promise and the request for refund was rejected. Liu Xin said that there are more than 70 victims in her rights protection group.

In view of the above situation, shenzhen public Longhua Branch Minzhi Police Station has filed an investigation. The staff of the institute said that due to the large number of people involved and the large amount of money, special staff members have been responsible for local victims and foreign victims in Shenzhen, and victims can submit contracts and other related materials to the police.

On May 26th, the attorney of a manager in Fiona Fang told The Paper that the relevant person in charge of the company had been detained at present, and it was not convenient to disclose the details.

Shut down without charging advertising money? Buying cross-border e-commerce agency operation services encounters pits.

According to Liu Xin, in early 2023, she began to pay attention to the cross-border e-commerce industry, and searched Baidu for some information about cross-border e-commerce. In February, 2023, a staff member named Shenzhen Fiona Fang Going to Sea Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Fiona Fang Going to Sea) actively added her WeChat.

"After adding friends, the staff will push me the relevant information and billing data of cross-border e-commerce agency services from time to time, claiming that it only takes a few days to exceed the income of ordinary people for one month." Liu Xin said that the cross-border e-commerce industry introduced by the other party is very profitable, and there is no need to take any risks. If an agreement is signed with their company, the sales that fail to reach $25,000 will be refunded in proportion.

The contract stipulates that the sales amount is $25,000, but if it is not guided by the company, the agreement will be cancelled.

Under the introduction of the other party, on March 15th, 2023, Liu Xin paid 49,800 yuan to purchase the overseas operation service of Fiona Fang Offshore Company and signed the Business Cooperation of Independent Cross-border E-commerce Stations. According to the agreement, the other party will provide Liu Xin with independent station building and operation services, including store design, product selection, international logistics delivery, etc. The service period is 8 months.

It is also stipulated that during the cooperation period, the sales of independent shops will be $25,000 for one-time customers. If the store sales of Party A (Liu Xin) can’t reach the $25,000 agreed in the package, Party B (Fiona Fang) will return the cooperative service fee according to the specified proportion. If the store sales are less than $15,000, it will return 30% of the original service fee.

Liu Xin said that it was because of the guarantee of sales in the agreement that she signed the agreement with confidence. But what she didn’t see was that there was another line at the bottom of the clause: "During the cooperation period, if Party A doesn’t follow Party B’s operation suggestions and guidance, then Party B doesn’t need to complete the store sales."

"After opening the store, the staff told me that I need to invest about 1000 yuan’s advertising fee every day, saying that the more advertising money, the more output." Liu Xin showed a screenshot of the chat, and the staff asked her to recharge the advertising money many times, ranging from 1000 yuan to 10,000 yuan, indicating that "you can scroll directly when you get the money back later".

Liu Xin said that there was no feedback from the other party on where the advertising money was used and how effective it was. Under the guidance of the other party, she paid 5000 yuan in advertising money in about half a month. "I’m just an ordinary employee, and my monthly salary is about 3,000 yuan. I can’t always support these advertising funds, but they won’t do it if you don’t fill the advertising funds."

Liu Xin said that the establishment, product selection and shelving of the store are all done by the company. If someone places an order at her independent station, she will place an order through the product link provided by the company’s staff, and then send the product to Fiona Fang Shipping Company, which will then send it to foreign buyers. "The selection, purchase and sales are all arranged by them, and the purchase cost and return risk of the product will be borne by me."

After nearly three months of operation, Liu Xin found that its order return rate was as high as more than half. As a cross-border e-commerce, the international logistics express fee is a huge expense, and the high return rate means that it has to bear the round-trip transportation fee. "After returning the goods, I found out that the products they actually sent out were completely different from the product map on my store, and even the styles were completely different." Liu Xin said that he had also questioned that the product was different from the propaganda map, and the return rate was too high. The reply he got was that it could be delivered, which meant that the product had no problem.

"They only told me the final number of transactions, and then transferred the money they earned to me. Those goods that were not closed and returned did not know where they went." After three months of operation, Liu Xin made statistics, and the expenses of advertising money and goods procurement were about 20,000 yuan, and the operating expenses on behalf of him were 49,800 yuan, with a total cost of about 70,000 yuan, while his actual payment was only 5,450 yuan.

Liu Xin said that on July 1, 2023, her online store was shut down because she refused to invest advertising money. She applied to the company for a refund and was told that the maximum refund was 8,000 yuan. Liu Xin said that after many negotiations, the two sides failed to reach an agreement. "They said it was because I didn’t follow their operation suggestions and guidance. On May 4, they contacted me and said that if they were not satisfied with the refund scheme of 8,000 yuan, there was no need to continue communication, and then they went directly to legal procedures."

The picture on the left shows the product links sold in Liu Xin Independent Station, and the picture on the right shows the actual products shipped.

A large number of people were involved, and Shenzhen police filed an investigation.

Realizing that she had been cheated, Liu Xin searched the company on various platforms and found that many people had said that they had suffered the same situation as her. Liu Xin said that after they contacted each other, they formed a rights protection group. "Now there are more than 70 victims in the group. According to statistics, the amount is at least several million, and many victims have not been contacted."

The Paper reporter noticed that there were many complaints about Shenzhen Fiona Fang Haishang Technology Co., Ltd. on social platforms and a consumer complaint platform, most of which indicated that the agency operation was cheated and repeated investment in advertising fees failed.

Cheng Guang (not his real name) told The Paper that at the end of 2023, he bought the Amazon operation service of Fiona Fang Offshore Company worth 70,000 yuan. "At that time, they promised to reach 20,000 US dollars in sales during the eight-month service period, and asked me to add a service fee, saying that if I invested 10,000 yuan in the service fee, I would get 10,000 US dollars more performance.".

However, after investing more than 80 thousand yuan and operating for more than three months, Cheng Guang’s total income was only more than 1,000 dollars. Cheng Guang said that the company was asked to refund the fee, but it was rejected. "Later, in the rights protection group, we learned that they would charge in various names in addition to the service fee. Compared with the sea freight and advertising fee, everyone’s experience was similar, and they were induced to invest a little bit, and the final income was very small."

The owner of the rights group told the The Paper reporter: "The members in the group basically called the police, and everyone is waiting for information." A victim said that he learned from the police that the relevant person in charge of the company had been detained.

On May 23rd, the reporter from The Paper contacted the police station of the People’s Government of Longhua Branch of shenzhen public. The staff of the police station said that the police station had filed an investigation at present. Due to the large number of people involved and the large amount of money, there were special staff responsible for local victims and foreign victims, and the victims could submit contracts and other related materials to the police.

How many victims are involved at present, and are the relevant personnel of the company involved detained? The staff said that it is not convenient to disclose the specific situation, and the informant will be informed if there is progress.

According to the industrial and commercial information, Shenzhen Fiona Fang Haishang Technology Co., Ltd. was established on June 1, 2016 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million, which is currently in existence. On April 23, the company was listed in the list of abnormal business operations by Longhua Supervision Bureau of Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration because its registered residence or business premises could not be contacted.

According to the latest data of Consumer Insurance, a consumer service platform under china electronic chamber of commerce, there are 19,117 complaints about cross-border e-commerce agency operations, of which 2,871 cases are suspected of fraud, accounting for 15.02%. Among these complaints, the case involving Shenzhen Fiona Fang Haishang Technology Co., Ltd. is particularly eye-catching, with a single complaint amount as high as 70,000 yuan.

Official website, the company, shows that Fiona Fang is headquartered in Longhua District, Shenzhen, and currently has more than 300 employees. It is a comprehensive service company integrating Amazon store opening, course training, independent station operation and TikTok operation. The business scope covers the whole world, focusing on cultivating international markets such as Europe, North America, Japan, the Middle East and Australia.

The Paper reporter contacted Shenzhen Fiona Fang Sea Technology Co., Ltd. for many times, but no response has been received as of press time. On May 26th, the attorney of a manager in Fiona Fang told The Paper that the relevant person in charge of the company had been detained at present, and it was not convenient to disclose the details.

During the period of epidemic prevention and control, if the samples drawn from the system within the jurisdiction need to be sent to the laboratory for testing, they can be sampled by the customs at home. For the materials imported by enterprises related to epidemic prevention and control, which involve the regulatory requirements of license documents and the procedures of tax reduction and exemption, if they are declared within 14 days from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Tax Exemption for Imported Goods or relevant license documents (certificates), they will be exempted from the delay payment.

According to reports, the 22-person dragon boat 200-meter and 500-meter straight race were set up in this competition, which attracted more than 570 players from 21 teams from Guangdong, Sichuan and Chongqing. Guangdong Zhaoqing team and Chongqing Hechuan team won the first place in the 200-meter and 500-meter straight race respectively.

Chen Junhao, a member of Guangdong Zhaoqing Dragon Boat Team, said that this is my first time to come to Chongqing to participate in the dragon boat race. I think the scenery in Chongqing is particularly beautiful and the people in Chongqing are particularly enthusiastic. I am still very happy.

Dylan Chen, a member of Chongqing Hechuan Dragon Boat Team, said that we won the first place in the competition and felt very happy. Next, we will continue to train hard and strive for better results.

Paddle racing along the river in the ancient city to go to the dragon boat festival.

On the morning of May 24th, 2025 China Dragon Boat Open (Jingzhou Station, Hubei Province) officially started. Thirty-five teams from all over the country, nearly a thousand athletes and coaches, and referees gathered in Jingzhou, Hubei Province, to paddle and race on the banks of the ancient city.

With the referee’s command, the 100-meter straight race started, and the four teams rushed out of the starting line quickly. The players paddled with the drummer’s rhythm. In the end, Fuzhou Changle Huiquan Dragon Boat Team rushed to the finish line in less than 21 seconds.

Zheng Changxin, captain of Fuzhou Changle Huiquan Dragon Boat Team, said that everyone’s cooperation ability and teamwork performance are very good.

The two-day open competition consists of three competition groups: men’s open group, women’s open group and public group. Among them, there are 16 teams in the open group, which are composed of dragon boat teams from all over the country. There are 19 teams in the Volkswagen Group, which are composed of teams from counties and cities, municipal departments, enterprises and universities in Jingzhou. During the competition, the players constantly sum up their experience and adjust their tactics, so as to achieve the best results in each round.

The special zongzi "Xiang" is about the unique and popular flavor of the Dragon Boat Festival.

Dragon Boat Festival is approaching. In Changning County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, there are many kinds of special zongzi, such as tea zongzi, alkaline zongzi and ham zongzi, which satisfy the taste buds of different diners with their unique flavors.

Early in the morning, Shaojuan, a tea farmer, began to select local high-quality old-tree black tea, boiled reddish-brown tea soup, let it cool, and then poured it into the washed glutinous rice. When the glutinous rice was soaked, everyone sat around and wrapped dumplings, and then cooked it with a big fire. Soon, the angular and fragrant tea dumplings were freshly baked.

Shao Juan, a tea farmer in Wenquan Town, said that we have a lot of tea here, and everyone likes to eat tea dumplings. Around the Dragon Boat Festival, the weather is very hot, and tea has the effect of relieving summer heat. After eating a few tea dumplings, my heart is cool and quick.

In addition to tea dumplings, alkaline dumplings are also deeply loved by local people. This kind of zongzi is made by burning corn stalks into ash, adding boiling water and filtering to make alkaline water, and then mixing and soaking glutinous rice with alkaline water for 5-6 hours to color and enhance the fragrance of glutinous rice. After being wrapped in alkaline water, the dumplings need to be cooked for about 4 hours on fire, and the taste is the best.

Wu Fenglan, a villager in Longquan Village, Tianyuan Town, said that this zongzi in our family is eaten when the weather is hot, and it has the function of invigorating the stomach and promoting digestion. If you eat it, your stomach will not support, and your stomach will not feel uncomfortable.

When making dumplings with alkaline water, local people will also add ham produced in Yunnan to make unique ham dumplings. In one bite, the salty flavor of ham and the sweetness of glutinous rice are perfectly integrated, and the lips and teeth remain fragrant.

Confidential documents that the United States and NATO helped Uzbekistan prepare for the war were leaked to social platforms, and US officials tried to delete them.

Senior US government officials revealed that confidential documents about NATO and the United States assisting Ukraine in preparing for war were leaked and appeared on social platforms this week. The Pentagon is investigating this.

According to a report by The New York Times on April 6, these leaked documents detailed a secret plan of the United States and NATO, which planned to help Ukraine prepare for the spring counterattack against Russian troops. The leaked documents appeared on social platforms such as Twitter and Telegram. Telegram is a social platform widely used in Russia.

The report quoted military analysts as saying that some parts of the leaked documents seem to have been revised, exaggerating the US estimate of the number of Ukrainian people killed in the conflict and reducing the estimate of the number of Russian people killed. Although there are traces of revision, the document still discloses information about weapons delivery, troop setting, strength, action plan and so on.

Officials of the US President Biden’s government tried to delete these leaked information from the Internet, but as of the evening of April 6, local time, it was still unsuccessful.

The New York Times said that the leaked documents did not provide a specific operational plan. Besides, these documents have been out of date for five weeks. However, these documents can provide analysis materials for military personnel.

According to Reuters’s report on April 7, Ukrainian government officials said that the leaked documents were "false intelligence actions" by the Russian side, aiming at "spreading doubts" about Ukraine’s counter-offensive plan.

Behind being seen: a blind professional.

If we lose light, all we have is darkness.

Do you know such a group of people?

They can’t distinguish colors, but they can listen to the world with their voices;

They can’t feel the light, but they can touch the warmth with their palms;

They can’t see you and me clearly, but they can perceive existence with their hearts;

They were supposed to be like us,

But lost the light because of fate,

They are blind,

A group of ordinary and special people …

Do you know anything about the blind?

If you can,

Please follow us,

Down into their world—

"It’s been more than ten years. When I was a child, I couldn’t see it. It’s nothing."

Master Wu is blind, but he looks no different from ordinary people. The first time I saw Master Wu, he was sitting on the sofa listening to books on his mobile phone, and his eyes looked bright. "Often guests say, aren’t you blind? How can I still use my mobile phone? In fact, I am lucky. I can still see something clearly if I wear glasses. " Facing our doubts, he seems to be used to it.

Master Wu opened a shop in Jinqiao. The location is a little off-center, and the porch is quite small. There is a compartment on the left with only a few massage beds in it, but the decoration makes people feel at ease and comfortable. Although the sparrow is small and complete, this is Master Wu’s massage shop.

"I’m from Anhui. I went to Shanghai to take refuge with my relatives. Later, I took some money and opened my own massage shop." Master Wu has read junior college and studied Braille, and he is still the "high flyers" among the blind. He also has a daughter, and whenever he talks about her, Master Wu can’t stop being happy. "I hope my daughter is safe and there is no other idea." For the sake of the family’s livelihood, he must take root here.

"I followed the master’s self-taught massage and didn’t receive so much training." Master Wu lost many opportunities because of his visual disability, but his relatives told him that "learning massage has a way out." A few years ago, he was introduced to a massage parlor as an apprentice. It was his first massage and he studied for a long time, but he was not too tired. The master taught him a lot, and he also met many blind friends in his study.

Speaking of blind friends, Master Wu has some feelings: "I have never been in this business, and I have no idea that there are so many people like me. I am lucky. At least I can see a little, don’t you think?"

In the corner of this city, there are many such massage shops, as well as many such blind people and blind professionals, but we sometimes can’t see them.

Sometimes, we can’t see

In late April, a message about "the traffic police experienced the life of the blind, and the guide dog was refused to take the bus" caused widespread discussion on social networks. Many netizens criticized the inhuman practices of bus companies, and many professional media also followed up the report at the first time. For a while, the blind have become a hot topic in society. This group in the dark seems to have been unveiled.

However, online public opinion comes quickly and goes faster. A few days later, everything fell into silence again …

In 1984, at the inaugural meeting of the World Blind Union held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, October 15th was officially designated as "International Day for the Blind". This is also the first time that the blind group has its own unified organization and festival in the world.

The blind are also called the visually disabled. The so-called visual disability refers to the partial or complete pathological changes in the structure or function of the visual organ or the visual center of the brain due to various reasons, which leads to different degrees of visual loss or narrowing of the visual field, and the visual function is difficult to be used freely or even lost in work, study or other activities like ordinary people.

According to the relevant standards, the best corrected visual acuity of both eyes is less than 0.3, which can be considered as visual disability, and visual disability is specifically divided into blindness and low vision. At the same time, four standards (first-class blindness: no light perception ≤ A < 0.02; Secondary blindness: 0.02 ≤ a < 0.05; Third-grade low vision 0.05 ≤ A < 0.1; Grade 4 low vision: 0.1≤a<0.3, where A is the best corrected vision).

In fact, there are not a few people with visual disabilities. According to relevant reports, by 2021, there are more than 20 million people with visual disabilities in China, including more than 5 million people with "blindness" and more than 10 million people with "low vision". It is equivalent to 0.78 times the population of Australia (25.44 million). According to China’s population of 1.4 billion, the proportion of visually disabled people has reached 1.43%, and this figure is still increasing year by year.

Despite the huge number of people with visual disabilities in China, the relevant data of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation show that the number of people with visual disabilities who have applied for disability certificates is 4,140,987, accounting for 21.95% of the total number of people with visual disabilities.

Among them, Sichuan has the largest number of people with certified vision, reaching 419,531 by December 31, 2021, while the number of people with certified vision in Henan, Hunan and other places has also exceeded 200,000. Behind these data are countless vivid and vivid individuals. However, in reality, these individuals seem to hide themselves, and we don’t often touch them and can’t perceive them.

People may not pay much attention to them or know them very well. For most ordinary people, they are like "elephants in the bedroom". During the period from 2011 to 2023, Baidu search engine searched for keywords related to the blind (blind, disabled, blind, visually impaired, etc.). The statistics show that the average frequency of all users actively learning about the blind group is no more than 2,000 times a day.

On the other hand, the number of related literature research is still limited. The research on the visually disabled still focuses on the traditional framework such as education, life, psychology and blind road. Many people haven’t realized that today’s blind people also need to integrate into the digital age, eager to get the convenience of technology, and also pursue the happiness of marriage and the improvement of quality of life.

The blind are not "blind"

"Of course we use mobile phones, but we use screen reading software to listen." Master Wu is not the only blind friend who uses mobile phones. Among all the blind teachers contacted by the team, whether they are semi-blind or completely blind, they all have their own mobile phones. Or chatting in groups, or singing, or listening to books, or even playing games … They are not the "imbeciles" that some people think.

Some people think that the blind are often vulnerable groups that need to be taken care of, and the public’s cognition of them still stays in the stereotype of "wearing sunglasses" and "leaning on a blind stick". When talking about the blind, some people always have a sense of protection and empathy for the blind according to their inherent concepts. But in fact, most people don’t really understand the life of the blind and never really listen to their feelings.

For the blind, life is not only "darkness", but also "light" perceived by other senses.

In another massage shop, several blind masters shared the details of operating mobile phones. Although the font on the screen of the mobile phone has been maximized, they still have to stick the mobile phone in front of them. On the other hand, fingers are constantly groping for the software they are looking for on the screen. With the help of screen reading software, they can better help them use their mobile phones. When they open the mobile phone application, a mechanical voice suddenly appears, telling the blind with the fastest speech speed, which is undoubtedly their "good helper".

In fact, it is not easy for blind people to use mobile phones. "It’s really inconvenient to use a mobile phone at first", which is the common heart of many masters. In order to study better, they all turned to their friends around, and some blind people who can use computers also looked for strategies on the forum.

In Baidu Post Bar "Blind Bar", the team took "Help-seeking" as the title keyword, and obtained 127 related topic posts. At the same time, the word frequency statistics of help-seeking content were carried out, and the above atlas was obtained. "Screen reading", "program" and "mobile phone" are all important contents for blind friends to ask for help. Blind people are also eager for technology. Although fate has played a joke unfortunately, this is not a problem that prevents them from longing for the light.

In addition, the team also counted the main contents of relevant help-seeking posts.

It can be found that they are eager for the development of technology to bring them light, and they are not willing to be swallowed up by the torrent of the times. Blind people are not "blind", they are just integrating into the world in their own way.

"You and I are the same."

Like ordinary people, Master Wu has his own way of life and work. At eight o’clock in the morning, the subway was already crowded with "office workers" who were still sleepy, and Master Wu had finished breakfast and was ready to go out. Because his home is not far from the massage parlor, he doesn’t need the company of his family.

But he still needs to be extra careful on the road. "At the intersection in front of the store, the driver almost hit me." Thinking of the previous experience, Master Wu still has a lingering fear, and his visual disability has many inconveniences after all.

It was already nine o’clock when I arrived at the store. After a little cleaning with my colleagues, the day’s work officially began.

Most weekday mornings are leisurely and calm. Master Wu is used to sitting on the sofa listening to books, which is his hobby. He often chats with his colleagues, and after a while the guests come. At noon, the store is busy, and the "white-collar workers" who take a lunch break around will come to visit. "If you are busy, you can’t eat, especially on weekends." Master Wu usually hasn’t eaten a few mouthfuls of rice before the guests have arrived.

At three o’clock in the afternoon, the busyness finally came to an end. Master Wu sat on the sofa and began to listen to books. Some guests came in from time to time. This kind of leisure can’t last long, but it’s not too hard.

After six o’clock, the sky is getting dark, street lamps are on one after another, and the empty streets are a little more noisy. It’s time for most people to get off work, but Master Wu is back at work …

At eleven o’clock, the night is already deep. Under the streetlight, Master Wu slowly locked the door. For him, this moment is the real end. Turn around and walk home slowly … "You don’t have to sigh, you are happy enough to be alive." This is the voice of Master Wu.

In this bustling city, there are always such a group of ordinary and special people.

The neglected "love"

Master Liu is from Pingxiang, Jiangxi. Like Master Wu, he has his own massage shop for the blind. Besides him, there are several masters in the shop. When I saw him, he was eating, plain rice with cabbage, simple and simple. He was a little surprised by our arrival. He said, "I have never been interviewed."

In fact, Master Liu is very talkative. He is always willing to share a lot of our problems and has his own unique views. "There is an important issue that you have forgotten. Blind people also need marriage and family. In fact, few blind friends around me get married." Master Liu has a deep understanding of this.

The life of the blind is not easy because of the visual disability. Marriage may be a luxury for them. In addition to family care, blind people also need intimate relationships. But in fact, most blind people can’t meet their own needs.

Many blind people have more or less inferiority complex, and congenital conditions make them lack self-confidence in gender relations. The limitation of social scope further limits the possibility of marriage. In addition, the pressure from family and the evaluation of social relations have forced many intimate relationships that have developed to end.

However, even if they finally enter the marriage hall, some blind people must face the practical problems after marriage. Because of the genetic possibility of visual disability, the blind have to accept the test of ethics. Their limited ability to work and the genetic risk of visual disability further increase the pressure on the blind.

Of the 10 blind teachers interviewed, only 4 have a marriage relationship. These four masters are all semi-blind, so it is very unlikely that people with total blindness will have heterosexual partners. In the interview, these blind masters also said that less than one-fifth of the blind friends around them are married.

What is holding them back from traveling?

In recent years, the problem of blind travel was once reported by the mainstream media. The phenomenon of "the blind road is occupied" and "the guide dog is refused to be loaded" is the main problem that has been criticized.

The travel problem of the blind is actually far more complicated than people think.

Blind people don’t really want to go out. In the eyes of many blind friends, the meaning of going out is minimal. "What are you going out for, basking in the sun?" Master Wu always talks about traveling, and he is very helpless. Different from ordinary people, their entertainment has been greatly reduced and even full of danger. Even for a walk, the blind don’t want to go too far.

Of course, travel is still necessary. "I still have to go out to work, and so does a haircut." In order to reduce the risk of going out, Master Wu seldom goes out, and he stays in the shop except when he has to go out.

Master Wu admits that semi-blindness is different from total blindness, and it often looks the same as normal people in appearance. Ordinary people usually find it difficult to identify themselves. In order to show his identity, he must prepare sunglasses and a blind stick. This is also an important reason why the stereotype of the blind is formed and it is difficult for the blind to find traces in life.

On the other hand, although many blind masseurs live close to their workplaces, it is not easy to walk this short distance. In the interview, some teachers admitted that when they go out to work, they are often semi-blind teachers who walk in front and completely blind teachers who take the back. Because blind roads are often crowded, the navigation function of blind roads has been lost. "It is much more convenient to walk on the sidewalk than on the blind road", which is the consensus of many blind masters.

In western countries, in order to facilitate the travel of the blind, social organizations and official institutions will provide guide dogs for the blind in need. However, the training cost of guide dogs is extremely high, the number is extremely rare, and the actual effect is limited. In China, there are only 200 active guide dogs.

"I want blind friends to go out for a walk."

Although most blind people don’t want to go out, there are a few counter examples.

Master Tan is the manager of history massage, and he maintains a high degree of enthusiasm for going out. He said, "Traveling is not a problem. I often go out, often take the subway, take the train and participate in activities." He thinks going out is a way to relieve stress. He enjoys every time he goes out and enjoys every party.

Through the interview, the team drew a map of his travel route.

When asked about Master Tan’s ideal, Master Tan said with a smile, "I hope blind friends can go out for a walk more. The world is very big, although we can’t see it, we can hear it, can’t we?"

Blind people may not want to go out, but this is not a reason for us to restrict their freedom of travel, nor is it an excuse for us to influence them to go out. In the dark, we need a bright light from the society to guide their travel and escort them, and we also need a warmth to encourage them to March bravely towards their ideals and light.

Light the beacon of society

Over the years, in order to solve the special living difficulties and long-term care difficulties of the disabled and effectively protect their rights and interests, China has made great efforts to promote the improvement of their living standards. However, in the face of the huge number of people with visual disabilities, the implementation of social security still needs to be improved. Due to regional differences, the level of protection for the disabled is different, especially in vocational training, education and rehabilitation for the disabled.

In addition, some local disabled persons’ federations have also exposed some problems in the process of organization and coordination. Inadequate service, unsatisfactory publicity effect and lack of professional ability are the main pain points. Some blind masters said that some policy news did not know where to know and who to consult.

Although the problems exist, we should also see the attention paid by the state to the visually disabled and the unremitting efforts made to ensure their lives. In order to promote the employment of the disabled, on the China disabled employment and entrepreneurship network service platform, the competent government departments and a number of enterprises have provided jobs for the disabled. Some positions are abnormal people’s cognition, which makes people suddenly realize that the blind can also be competent for many ordinary people’s positions.

Enter China disabled employment and entrepreneurship network service platform, and find the job information of enterprises providing employment for visually disabled people. Among all 264 job recruitment information, only 32 are related to health massage, ranking third. The largest number of job types are skilled workers, with 58 posts. In addition, visually disabled people can also work as secretaries and typists. With the rapid development of Internet, blind anchor has become a new profession. Embracing digital technology will also be a new trend in the future career field of the blind.

Since the reform and opening up, China has also made great achievements in the construction of the rule of law in the cause of the disabled. Disabled people, including the blind, have obtained legal support and protection in the process of comprehensively governing the country according to law. These fully reflect the state’s attention and care for vulnerable groups such as the visually impaired. But we know that these efforts and actions are still on the road and will always be on the road.

The blind are not far from us. But for a long time, we seemed to be in two worlds. The blind man accidentally lost his light because of his fate. And we can’t be blind again and again in neglect.

The blindness of the blind can’t be chosen, but the light of society needs you and me to safeguard together. Igniting the bright light of society will eventually light up your world and mine.

A woman renting a degree room in Longgang can only rent it for a long time if the landlord asks for 80 thousand (Figure)

According to the current policy, renting a house can apply for points admission, but the landlord needs to cooperate with the street rental office to apply for a lease certificate, which is commonly known as a lease contract. However, many parents are stuck by this certificate because the landlord does not cooperate. Today, some citizens reported that some landlords were willing to cooperate, but the asking price was outrageous.

Dapeng points lowland citizens go to rent houses.

Ms. Zhou, who lives in Longgang, said that her child will go to primary school next year. According to the current regulations, she needs to apply for a lease contract before April 1 this year, and her child will be able to go to school normally next year. However, she is not a deep household but also a point for renting a house. The surrounding schools generally need more than 70 points. Obviously, her points can’t be a good school. So she turned her attention to Shenzhen School, a high school affiliated to the National People’s Congress in Dapeng New District.

The new school is popular, and the rent has soared.

Shenzhen School attached to the National People’s Congress is a school that was put into use only in 2017. There are not many students around, so the score is relatively low. According to Ms. Zhou’s points, children will definitely be able to attend school. Everything is ready except for renting a house, so Ms. Zhou chose one of the rented houses at the beginning of this year.

Can only rent for a long time and ask for 80 thousand

Ms. Zhou said that because the house has a degree, the owner thinks that if Ms. Zhou is allowed to use this degree, it means that the house will be locked in a six-year degree. Therefore, not only the price increase, but also the long-term rent, the rent for two years at a time, this account is counted. Let Ms. Zhou’s heart cool.

The rent has all gone up, including the degree fee

Ms. Zhou said it was really difficult for her to take out so much money at one time. Ms. Zhou thought that he was not the only degree room in Shenzhen School affiliated to the National People’s Congress, so she continued to look for other houses, but she didn’t expect the rents around her to rise in just half a month.

Blank houses are also rented for six years and sixty thousand yuan.

Ms. Zhou said that it is not an individual phenomenon that the high-priced rental degree is near the Shenzhen School affiliated to the National People’s Congress. The owners even have a unified market price. Recently, there has also been a phenomenon of renting blank houses. As the name implies, blank houses can’t live in people, but the rent is 10 thousand yuan a year, and it will be 60 thousand after six years.

A number of real estate degrees have been rented out.

Later, the reporter went to a housing agency near the school. The staff introduced that the additional fee for degree rooms is a tacit understanding recently formed by the owners. The price has gone from a few thousand yuan at the beginning to 11,000 years now, and the rough houses are already in short supply, and they are all rented out but not occupied. The Shenzhen School affiliated to the National People’s Congress, which originally had few students, suddenly became lively.

In the past, we often heard about sky-high degree rooms, all of which were about buying degree rooms. It is very rare to rent a degree room at such a high price. After all, it is basically difficult to apply for a good degree and rent points. However, it happened that this abnormal phenomenon occurred in Shenzhen School affiliated to the National People’s Congress in Dapeng New District. Should the relevant departments take care of it?

An agreement before renting a house can reduce disputes

Lawyers believe that the degree room includes housing points and rental points, which are in conflict, which means that once the degree room is locked for six years in the name of renting, it is equivalent to occupying the owner’s degree in buying a house. Therefore, when the tenant and the owner sign the rental contract, they should clearly agree on the use of the degree in advance, and the owner will get some extra compensation, which is legally protected.

Beware of price war, the government should intervene.

In real life, many tenants have not agreed with the owners in advance. After renting, they find that they need a degree, so they are prone to conflicts. At present, laws and regulations have not made clear provisions, so they can only solve them through consultation. The lawyer pointed out that in either case, it is reasonable for the degree price to be adjusted according to market rules without legal prohibition, but the price war in special areas should be prevented.

The government should strengthen the verification of the degree of renting blank houses

The survey found that some owners priced their rental houses and degrees separately, which caused a lot of chaos. For example, the previous "First Scene" survey showed that an intermediary collected money to help people handle the lease contract, so that students who had not rented in the area were eligible to enroll in the school. In the neighborhood around Shenzhen School affiliated to the National People’s Congress, some owners sell rough houses, and the actual houses are uninhabited. The education department and the leasing department should strengthen supervision.

Post-event household verification should make a difference.

Lawyers, on the other hand, believe that it is reasonable for the leasing office to relax its control on the premise that the registration of housing lease contracts is not mandatory. Therefore, in the follow-up verification, it is necessary for all departments to jointly plug the loopholes, so that the actual renter can obtain the qualification to enter the school nearby. According to the current regulations, it takes one year for the lease contract to participate in the points, and during this year, the street office should do a good job of verification.
